Instruction

1. Standing facing away from equipment;

2. Grip bars with both hands and lift body off ground;

3. Slowly bend both arms at the elbow and shoulders to lift your head above the bar;

4. Inhale as you lift;

5. Slowly lower yourself to start position exhaling as you descend;

6.Increase repeats as fitness improves.
