Function

Energy & Strength Wheels build a users Cardiovascular System, Balance, and Core. Featuring two heights for comfort, the wheels can be rotated in opposite direction in smooth circular motions.

Instruction

1. Stand with the feet shoulder width apart with the chest centrally positioned between two of the spinner wheels;

2. Grip both wheel handles and move the wheels so that the hands are uppermost;

3. Simultaneously rotate left wheel anti-clockwise and the right wheel clockwise;

4. Alternating the direction of rotation during exercise with increase effectiveness;

5. Increase rep as your fitness improves

1. Underground, if your place is ground or grass
2. Concrete, if your place is covered with concrete and the thickness is more than 10cm.
