Function

Promote the exercise on legs, waist & hips, improving strength of hearts, lungs and the flexibility of upper & lower limbs.

Instruction

Hip Twister:

1. Take hold of support bar with both hands;

2. Place both feet onto the rotation platform;

3. Rotate the feet using abdominals from side to side, flexing at the shoulders while keeping your body straight and upright;

4. DO NOT rotate violently; maintain a slow and controlled movement during the exercise;

5. Increase duration as fitness increases.

Stepper:

1. Take a firm hold of both hands on the bar grips, step both feet onto the pedals;

2. Step down one foot with the leg straight while the other one step up with the leg bending, pushing the hands in an up-and-down motion along with the bars;

3. Maintain a smooth, controlled movement through exercise;

4. Increase duration as fitness improves.

1. Underground, if your place is ground or grass
2. Concrete, if your place is covered with concrete and the thickness is more than 10cm.
